Cleaning fees and a refundable security deposit apply and are not included in the rates listed.
The current security deposit is $300.00 and is returned approximately three weeks following your departure (provided there is no damage to our home or property as a result of your stay).
The cleaning fees are based upon the number of guests in your party and the length of your stay. Please inquire about current fees.
